Agency Partner Programme

Your clients. Our engineers. Delivery confidence.

White-label development, WordPress and WooCommerce rescue, integrations, VPS and cloud deployment and AI work — delivered under your brand by a UK-led senior team, so your agency can say yes to technical work without hiring developers.

How partners are protected

White-labelling only works if your client relationship is never at risk. These protections are standard in every partnership agreement — not favours to be negotiated.

01
Accountability

UK-based technical lead

One senior, UK-based engineer owns your account — the person your project managers speak to, and the person responsible when something goes wrong.

02
Confidentiality

NDA as standard

Every partnership starts with a mutual NDA. Your client lists, pricing and pipeline stay confidential, and our involvement stays invisible unless you choose otherwise.

03
Contractual

No client poaching

A non-solicitation clause is written into the partnership agreement. Your clients are yours — we will never pitch, quote or contract with them directly.

04
Communication

Agreed communication overlap

We work to a comms plan you set. Your PM stays the client's contact; if we ever join a call, it is at your invitation and as your team.

05
Visibility

Weekly capacity report

Every week you get a plain-English report of days used, work completed and what is scheduled next — so you always know where your reserved capacity stands.

06
When it matters

Clear escalation process

Agreed response paths for urgent issues, with named contacts on both sides — no chasing a generic inbox when a client site is down.

07
Flexibility

Development, QA and DevOps

Reserved days are not just developer hours. Use them for development, code review, QA, infrastructure and deployment work — whatever the project needs.

Capacity pricing

Reserved days. Predictable cost.

You are buying delivery confidence, not a timesheet. Reserved days guarantee senior capacity is there when your clients need it — priced monthly, reported weekly.

A dependable technical bench for agencies with steady but modest development needs across their client base.

Why trust us with your clients

The team behind 70+ production websites

This is the same team that has operated more than seventy websites in a single client estate for nearly a decade, run Docker and deployment pipelines for product launches, and maintained WordPress and WooCommerce integrations for publishers. We do not publish agency testimonials — white-label work stays confidential — but you can see our direct client results and judge the engineering for yourself.

Getting started

How a partnership starts

No long onboarding, no upfront lock-in beyond the first reserved month. Most agencies start with a pilot project, then move onto rolling reserved capacity once they have seen how we deliver.

Partners can also resell our productised offers — the Website & Cloud Rescue Sprint, Managed Website & Cloud Care and the AI Workflow Sprint — under their own brand and margin.

  1. Intro call and NDA. We learn how your agency sells and delivers, sign a mutual NDA, and agree whether a partnership makes sense for both sides.
  2. Pilot project or first reserved month. A contained piece of real client work — so you can judge our delivery, communication and white-label discipline before committing further.
  3. Ways of working agreed. Communication overlap, tooling, access and escalation are written down — who talks to whom, in which channels, and what happens when something is urgent.
  4. Rolling reserved capacity. Your reserved days renew monthly with a weekly capacity report, and can be scaled up as your technical pipeline grows.
Questions

Partnerships, answered

Will you ever contact our clients directly?

Only through the communication plan you set, and always as your team. Your project manager remains the client's point of contact; if we join a client call it is at your invitation, under your brand. Direct solicitation of your clients is contractually excluded in the partnership agreement.

Can we resell your rescue, care and AI offers?

Yes. Partners resell our Website & Cloud Rescue Sprint, Managed Website & Cloud Care plans and AI Workflow Sprint under their own brand and margin, with our team delivering behind the scenes.

Which stacks do you cover?

WordPress and WooCommerce, custom PHP, Node, React and Next.js, Python, Docker and the major cloud providers — plus the VPS, CI/CD and deployment work underneath. If a client's stack is unusual, ask; technical discovery is one of the things reserved days are for.

What if we outgrow our reserved days?

Upgrade to a larger tier from any month — no penalty, no renegotiation. For a temporary spike, overflow work beyond your reserved days is handled at the ad-hoc day rate, subject to availability, with partners scheduled first.

Whose contract does the end client sign?

Yours. The client contracts with your agency on your terms and your pricing; we work for you under the partnership agreement. Your client relationship, your invoice, your margin.

Stop turning down technical work.

Tell us about your agency and the work you want to win. We'll come back within one UK business day with how a partnership could look — starting with an NDA, not a sales pitch.
